Lace’em up!  Outdoor group fitness now available

Time to jump back into the active-wear and dust off your sneakers.  We’re BACK!

Outdoor Training sessions will commence on Monday 25th May.

Our Outdoor Training sessions will give you the boost you’ve been missing to start your training routine with us again!

Some of your favourite trainers will be on-site to get you started and keep you moving.

Participants,

The total number of persons participating in outdoor activities, boot camps and personal training sessions cannot exceed 10 people and cannot exceed 1 person per 4 square metres.*

Bookings

  • Bookings are available online for 25th – 31st May here.

  • Bookings can be made 1 week in advance.

Pricing & Sessions Available

Our Outdoor training sessions are available to members only.

  • Member price per week: $14.95, access up to 3 sessions per week

Personal Training sessions are as per normal site fees and charges. Please register your details here discuss your options.

What To Expect

  • Outdoor sessions will run for 45 minutes.
  • Personal Training sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes.
  • Booked participants should arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time to set up equipment
  • Individuals set up with their own equipment for the session and equipment not to be used by other participants throughout.
  • Participants to carry their own equipment across to the location and return the same way at the end of the session.
  • Sessions will only have a maximum of 10 people in them including the instructor.
  • Personal training sessions will be 1 on 1.
  • All sessions will be delivered with the hygiene and distancing requirements in place.
  • All participants must complete a pre exercise questionnaire prior to participating.

Practicing Safe Hygiene

All Outdoor and Personal Training sessions will have hand sanitizers and wipes available for use during sessions. You are encouraged to bring your own also to support the practice of good hygiene.
